A mixed residential quarter with green courtyards and a clear urban edge.

On the northern edge of the city, a quarter of 148 subsidised and privately financed apartments took shape. The volumes frame two calm inner courtyards and form a clear, articulated edge toward the access road. Ground-floor community rooms, bicycle workshops and a kindergarten group animate the base and anchor the quarter in its neighbourhood.

Facades of ventilated fibre-cement panels and a restrained colour palette give the ensemble a sense of calm. Loggias and deep reveals provide shading and private outdoor space. A continuous rainwater management system with retention roofs and open swale-trench elements keeps the landscape concept climate-resilient and easy to maintain.
